New Backflip Subscriptions

AI features in Backflip require credits when used, and a Backflip plan is required to add credits to your account. To subscribe to a Backflip plan:

  1. Navigate to Organization Settings. Log in to your Backflip account and navigate to the Settings page, then the Organization tab in the sidebar. You can choose from one of the plans offered and click on it to start the subscription process.

  1. Complete checkout to activate your subscription. You’ll be taken to our payments processor in a new tab, where you can choose your payment method and finish the checkout process to begin your subscription.

Making Changes to Your Existing Plan

If you’d like to make changes to your existing subscription:

  1. Navigate to Organization Settings. Log in to your Backflip account and navigate to the Settings page, then the Organization tab in the sidebar.
  2. Click the ‘Manage Billing’ button to be redirected to our payments processor in a new tab, where you can make changes to your current plan, default payment method, and more.
